Low Back Pain

There are many causes of back pain. If there is only low back pain, muscle problems, ie rheumatic diseases, posture and sitting disorders, colds or extreme fatigue should be suspected. In addition, gynecological diseases, kidney diseases and problems in the intestines can also cause low back pain.

If the pain also hits the leg, it means that there is pressure on the nerves coming out of the spinal cord. The most important reason for this pressure is lumbar hernia. In addition, tumors in the spine, bone shifts and congenital bone disorders can also cause this compression.

If we feel a hold all over our waist, if pain occurs when we move our legs and it started suddenly, it means that in medical language, Facet Lock, that is, the joints behind the spine have slipped on each other. The remedy for this is manual medical maneuvers called manipulation. These maneuvers must be done by a specialist doctor.
